TV privacy settings, checked per model
What does my Element TV collect?
Element sells smart TVs on more than one platform: its own store listed Roku TV, Google TV, Xumo and TiVo models in October 2026. Which applies depends on the specific model, and the Element model listed here so far runs Roku TV. Element's own privacy policy is unusually direct about what it collects: it explicitly lists HDMI device info and tuner activity, not just app usage. Type your model in — you'll get a source for every answer, or an honest "unverified" when we don't have one yet.
This page covers one Element model so far, from 2023. See every model.
Privacy and ad settings
Every Element TV on this site runs Roku OS. Roku OS's ACR and ad settings are in one guide that covers every brand's Roku OS models: Roku OS settings guide →
Don't know your model number?
Check the sticker on the back of the set — Element's current naming is size-embedded like EQ650AB65R, where the trailing R marks it as a Roku TV.
